4. Is the canvas waterproof and fade-proof?
Yes. Our canvases are made with fade-proof, waterproof inks on premium artist-grade polycotton canvas to help protect the artwork’s color and detail over time.

6. Does my canvas arrive ready to hang?
Yes. Every canvas arrives ready to hang, so you can put it straight on your wall as soon as it arrives.
7. What is the difference between stretched canvas and floating framed canvas?
A stretched canvas is printed on polycotton canvas and stretched over an internal wooden frame.
A floating framed canvas uses the same stretched canvas structure, then adds an outer floating frame for a more premium finished look.
8. Do you offer free shipping?

10. How long will my order take to arrive?
United States: production takes 1–4 business days, and most orders arrive within approximately 5–7 business days from the time of order.
International: production takes 1–4 business days, and most international orders arrive within approximately 9 business days from the time of order.
11. Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Tracking details are emailed once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 1–4 business days for production before dispatch.

Ready To Hang Canvas is headquartered in Texas, with print teams in Texas, New York, and Florida. Our canvases are printed and fulfilled in the USA by our US print teams for premium quality and fast local shipping.
13. What if my canvas arrives damaged?
Contact us with your order number and photos of the damage and packaging, and we’ll resend your order immediately.
