30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll confirm the outcome by email.
Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll resend it at no cost to you.

Please email hello@readytohangcanvas.com with clear photos of: 

• The artwork

• The packaging

• The shipping label

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement promptly. 

We must be notified of an incorrect or damaged order within 30 days.

Change of Mind

If you decide not to keep your order:

• You may return it using your own courier for a full refund

• This must be done within the 30 day window.

• Items must be returned in original condition and packaging

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery

Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders move into production quickly.

• Changes or cancellations should be requested within 1 hour of placing your order

• Once production begins, cancellations are not guaranteed

• Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled
